Doopee Sunset is an interactive storytelling platform where users can:

• Read episodic stories across various genres
• Vote on story choices that determine what happens next
• Track their voting history and story engagement
• Receive email notifications about stories they follow
• Help determine which stories survive through engagement
• Purchase and personalize made-to-order illustrated books

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may browse stories and vote without an account. However, to save your votes permanently and access personalized features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Voting Rules

• Each user may cast one vote per story episode per day
• Votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted
• Attempting to manipulate voting through multiple accounts, bots, or other fraudulent means is prohibited
• We reserve the right to invalidate suspicious votes
• Voting contributes to a story's "life" meter; stories that don't receive enough votes may be archived

5. Content

5.1 Our Content

All stories, images, and other content on Doopee Sunset are owned by us or our licensors. Stories are generated using AI technology and curated by our team.

5.2 Content Ratings

Stories are rated based on content:

• G: Suitable for all ages
• PG: Parental guidance suggested
• PG-13: Some content may be inappropriate for children under 13
• R: Restricted to users 18 and older

By confirming you are 18+ to access mature content, you represent that you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Our stories and images are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements.

5.4 Fictional Content Disclaimer

Public episodic stories use fictional characters and events. Personalized books are an explicit exception: at the purchaser's request and with the required authorization, they may use a supplied person's story name, interests, and likeness. The purchaser is responsible for having permission to submit those materials and for providing accurate personalization instructions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate voting
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Doopee Sunset, including but not limited to stories, images, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may share links to stories on social media, but you may not:

• Copy or reproduce stories in full without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our stories
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices

8. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive:

• Notifications about new episodes of stories you follow
• Alerts when stories you've voted on are in danger of being archived
• Updates about new story launches
• Service-related announcements

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Personalized Product Orders

Personalized books are made to order from the details and authorized materials the purchaser supplies. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the provided proof and requesting reasonable corrections before approval. Because production begins specifically for one customer, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after approval or production begins. We will work promptly to address verified printing defects, transit damage, or a product that materially differs from the approved proof.

Creation, proof approval, print production, and carrier transit each affect delivery timing. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Direct-site payments are processed by Stripe; marketplace purchases remain subject to the marketplace's payment and order rules.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Stories will continue indefinitely (they may be archived due to low engagement)

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOOPEE SUNSET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is fraudulent or illegal
